PoetMind ("we," "us," "our") is a poetry publishing platform operated at poetmind.com and app.poetmind.com. We provide tools for poets to publish, format, and share their work. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use PoetMind.
Your poems belong to you. PoetMind claims no ownership over any content you publish. By publishing a poem on PoetMind you grant us a limited license to display it on our platform. You can delete your content at any time.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
PoetMind offers three membership tiers:
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Annual subscriptions renew yearly. You will be charged using the payment method provided at checkout, processed securely by LemonSqueezy.
Prices may change with 30 days advance notice by email.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@poetmind.com. Cancellations are processed within 24 hours.
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that date. You retain access to paid features until the period ends, after which your account reverts to the Free tier.
All subscription payments are non-refundable. Because PoetMind is a digital service with immediate access upon payment, we do not issue refunds for partial billing periods or unused time.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@poetmind.com within 7 days and we will review your case.
You agree not to use PoetMind to publish content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
We aim to keep PoetMind available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime or technical issues.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of PoetMind after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
